NCA – What Support do I get?

The Nurturing Childhood Accreditation

Offering the key adults within every child’s life the knowledge, understanding and support required to nurture and develop every child’s full potential.

What support do I get?

Pre-recorded deliveries are steeped in robust evidence and expertise. With “Pause for Thought” moments throughout, you are invited to collaborate as you discuss the points raised, exploring the content and reflecting on your current practice.

Underpinned by child development theory and practical application, these sessions are designed to support your onward development, along with the accompanying documentation provided.

how should your child be learning during their pre-school years?

A carefully designed system of support is also structured around you. Through face to face sessions and all the accompanying materials you will need.

Each session uses the same format of Introduction; Knowledge; Understanding and Support.  With the suggestions offered rooted firmly in the preceding sections.

Every session is delivered with a specific focus and wrap around materials.  Rooted in pedagogy and the care and education of children in their early years.

Once combined with your supported reflections and tailored to your needs, this translates into realised improvements that consistently develop in line with your setting development plans.
