NCA – Nurturing Happy Children
Understand how you can actively support children's happiness and wellbeing in ways that will have long-term impact.
Our online courses help you to know and understand children, while supporting you to care with confidence and consistency.
Through these sessions you will gain the support you need as you reflect on your practice. Making informed decisions that are right for you, your children and your setting.
Nurturing Happy Children offers you and your team the core knowledge you need to be mindful of children's happiness and well-being.
We all want children to be happy, to be confident and resilient. But for some this can be more difficult than others. And for children, who do not always know what is going on, a feeling of lost control can only serve to make matters worse.
Through these sessions you will learn how to help children feel competent, confident and worthy. You will gain a greater understanding of a child’s self-esteem, and the signs of anxiety. And you will gain the support you need as you manage and nurture all your children.
Now more than ever we need to be aware of children’s happiness and sense of stability. Mindful of their well-being and everything we can do to support the long-term effects of it.
Give yourself the time to fully embrace effective practices as you work together to embrace a unified approach.
Worksheets, handouts and posters provide the support you need to communicate your new approaches with your parents and visitors.
One – Helping children feel competent, confident and worthy
